My Sound
My music ministry began at an early age and God has continued to allow me to grow in it spiritually. I am amazed at the number of people who are blessed by my personal testimony and what I believe God has given me to say through my music. Music is very powerful because it can stimulate your senses in a way you least expect it. I am just glad to know that the songs God has given me move others to see God and His power.
My sound is very soulful. Though my music training came from classical piano, my vocal abilities have become a byproduct of singing in choirs throughout the years. I love to take traditional songs and make them to make them my own. I truly believe that Gospel Music should remain somewhat true to it’s origins. I love working with simple sounds and live instrumentation.
My inspiration comes from Gospel greats such as Mahalia Jackson, Kim Burrell, and amazing singers such as Nina Simone and India.Aire.
